Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Admission Cancellation: If a parent chooses to withdraw a student before the academic session starts, a partial refund may be provided (excluding registration fees). Once the academic session begins, no refunds will be issued.

  • Online Payments: All payments made via our online system are non-refundable unless a double transaction occurs.

  • Add-On Services: Once subscribed (e.g., extra classes, ID cards, certificates), add-on fees are non-refundable.

  • Technical Errors: If you experience technical payment errors, contact our admin team within 3 business days for resolution.

  • Cancellation of Subscription: Any school service or feature subscription (e.g., software access) once activated cannot be canceled mid-cycle.
